Executive Leadership

Dr. Rajeev Pandey serves as the President, providing strategic, academic, and administrative leadership in alignment with the mission and long-term vision of the institute. A distinguished medical educator and higher-education executive, he brings over two decades of experience in medical education, institutional governance, accreditation, and research. Over his career, he has held senior leadership roles including CEO, Vice President, Executive Dean, and Assistant Dean, with expertise spanning curriculum design, quality assurance, faculty development, and institutional planning.

With a strong commitment to innovation in education, Dr. Pandey has led the development and implementation of competency-based, case-based, and problem-based curricula across medical and health sciences programs. He has played a key role in accreditation and quality assurance processes with international bodies and served for nearly a decade as Executive Chief Proctor for the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME), ensuring rigorous academic standards and assessment integrity. His scholarly contributions include over 40 publications in areas such as biochemistry, pharmacology, public health, and medical education, supported by certifications from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), PAHO/WHO, and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

Dr. Pandey has extensive global experience, advising and supporting medical institutions across the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, and Southeast Asia in achieving accreditation readiness and academic excellence. Prior to joining ADREEVA, he served as President, Vice President and Executive Dean position in various universities and successfully established multiple institutions and strengthened research, faculty development, and student success initiatives. His leadership reflects a deep understanding of healthcare education challenges in developing regions and a commitment to building sustainable, high-quality institutions.

Dr. Pandey continues to drive institutional growth and innovation. Through his leadership, ADREEVA is positioned to become a regional and global hub for health sciences education, advancing workforce development and improving healthcare outcomes across the region and beyond.

Mr. Pamnani serves as the Director of Operations and provides strategic and operational leadership in support of academic excellence and institutional effectiveness. A highly accomplished leader and administrator, Mr. Pamnani brings more than three decades of experience in operation and management.

Being a graduate of Biochemistry, Anatomy & Physiology, he is equipped with a strong foundation in Health professions and medical education to provide leadership, governance, and organizational management.

Beyond his academics, Mr. Pamnani has been deeply engaged in community development, actively participating in and leading initiatives that promote social responsibility, personal growth, and educational empowerment. Known for his approachable and supportive leadership style, he is passionate about guiding individuals to reach their full potential and fostering a nurturing, inclusive environment.

Through his dedication, experience, and vision, Mr. Pamnani plays a pivotal role in shaping the growth and success of the ADREEVA. His leadership directly supports our mission to prepare competent, compassionate healthcare professionals who will positively transform healthcare delivery in Sierra Leone and across the region and beyond.

Dr. Ocho Festus Peter Ikechukwu serves as Director of Bursar & Registrar, bringing a strong blend of academic expertise and administrative leadership to the ADREEVA’s operations. With extensive experience in higher education management, finance, and institutional administration, he plays a critical role in overseeing financial governance, student records, and regulatory compliance, ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability across key administrative functions.

Dr. Ocho holds dual doctoral degrees in Commerce and Educational Management, complemented by advanced qualifications in commercial administration and risk management. A seasoned educator and administrator, he has served in senior academic and leadership roles across institutions in Nigeria and Sierra Leone, including positions as Senior Lecturer, Principal, Director of Studies, and Registrar. His professional affiliations with recognized institutes in commerce, administration, and educational management further underscore his commitment to excellence and continuous development.

In his role, Dr. Ocho is dedicated to strengthening institutional systems, supporting student success, and aligning administrative processes with the ADREEVA’s strategic goals. His leadership reflects a commitment to operational excellence, teamwork, and the advancement of quality higher education in a dynamic global environment.

Dr. Ishan Mehta is a pioneering Ayurvedic physician, infertility specialist, and higher education leader with more than a decade of experience spanning clinical practice, academic administration, and student mentorship. As a Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Mehta plays a central role in shaping student support services, career guidance initiatives, and institutional growth strategies to ensure ADREEVA meets both local and international standards in health professions education.

His career reflects a unique combination of medical expertise and educational leadership. 

Prior to ADREEVA, he served as Vice President - Student Affairs, International Admission Advisor at various Caribbean and Indian medical schools. Through these positions, Dr. Mehta successfully guided thousands of students in their journey to medical and allied health careers, while also enhancing institutional enrollment strategies and student development frameworks.

As a clinician, Dr. Mehta is recognized as an Ayurvedic Infertility Specialist and Director of Ayurved Infertility Clinic, which was awarded Best Infertility Clinic in Ayurveda by the Divya Bhaskar Healthcare Awards in 2023. His contributions extend beyond clinical care to public health advocacy, where he regularly organizes free health camps, delivers career guidance seminars, and engages through media and digital platforms, including his widely followed YouTube channel, to mentor students globally.

An accomplished entrepreneur, Dr. Mehta is the Founder & CEO of Zordha Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. and has co-founded several educational ventures in India, including playing a key role in establishing Shree Swaminarayan Ayurvedic College, Kalol. His leadership extends to institutional development, having been instrumental in managing and improving the operations of multiple medical and dental colleges during their startup phases.

At ADREEVA, Dr. Mehta’s vision is to bridge academic excellence with student-centered support systems, ensuring that graduates are not only academically strong but also globally competitive and socially responsible healthcare professionals. His work embodies ADREEVA’s mission of advancing healthcare education, fostering student success, and contributing to sustainable workforce development in Sierra Leone and the wider region and beyond. 

Mr. Ojasva Pandey serves as Director of IT & Library, bringing a unique combination of health sciences knowledge and computer science expertise to support the institution’s academic and operational excellence. With a background in IT management and software development, he oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all campus technology systems, ensuring seamless digital infrastructure for both on-campus and remote operations.

He holds an Associate Degree in Premedical Sciences, has completed preclinical studies, and Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Southern New Hampshire University, USA. His interdisciplinary training enables him to effectively bridge healthcare education and technology, enhancing access to digital resources and academic tools. He also leads the development and management of the institution’s digital library platform, ensuring that students and faculty have timely access to high-quality learning materials.

In his role, Mr. Pandey is committed to advancing institutional efficiency, strengthening digital learning environments, and supporting student success. His leadership reflects a focus on innovation, collaboration, and the continuous improvement of technology-driven education in a modern global academic setting.
