Mrs. Deepa Pandey is the Founding Director of ADREEVA Health & Life Sciences Limited and Board of Trustees at ADREEVA School of Health Professions, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the institution’s vision, governance, and strategic direction. With a career spanning over two decades in education, leadership, and institutional development, she brings a wealth of expertise to the establishment and growth of ADREEVA.
She has been instrumental in building ADREEVA from the ground up - overseeing its establishment phase, guiding academic development, and fostering partnerships with local and international stakeholders. Her work is anchored in the belief that education, particularly in the health professions, is a transformative force that can address regional healthcare workforce shortages and improve public health outcomes.
Mrs. Pandey’s role on the Board of Trustees reflects her commitment to governance excellence and accountability. She works closely with fellow trustees, academic leaders, and investors to ensure not only to meets but exceeds the standards of accreditation and recognition.

Dr. Prarthana Mehta is a distinguished Ayurvedic physician / Gynecologist with over three decades of experience in clinical practice, education, and public health, and a Founding Trustee. Renowned for her expertise in women’s health and integrative medicine, she holds an MD in Ayurveda with a specialization in Gynecology and has been a leader in advancing Ayurvedic education and patient-centered care. She founded Shivam Ayu Clinic and Prarthana Clinic, establishing a premier practice that integrates traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern healthcare approaches.
A prolific author and respected media figure, Dr. Mehta has reached wide audiences through her books, television programs, and public health initiatives, promoting preventive care and wellness. Her contributions have earned her numerous honors, including the Ayurved Bhushan Award and the Maha Samman from the Government of Gujarat. As a Trustee, she provides strategic leadership in integrating holistic medicine into academic and research programs, supporting the institutional mission to advance healthcare education and global health outcomes.
Dr. B. R. Pandey is an internationally respected scientist, academic leader, and research administrator with over five decades of experience in medicinal chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, biomedical research, and higher education. He holds a Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry and has served as Visiting Scientist and Faculty Member at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, USA, with extensive international academic and research exposure across the USA, UK, and Sweden.
Dr. Pandey served for over three decades as Joint Director and Secretary (Additional Charge) at the Council of Science & Technology, Government of Uttar Pradesh, India, leading major research and innovation programmes. He has subsequently held senior academic leadership positions including Professor, Director General, Director (Research), and Dean. As a Board of Trustee of ADREEVA School of Health Professions, he brings extensive expertise in research, academic governance, innovation, and institutional development to advance excellence in health professions education.
Professor Bechan Sharma is a distinguished academic leader, researcher, and educator with decades of experience in advancing medical and health sciences education. He has held senior leadership roles, including Dean and Board Member at several reputable institutions, where he has led strategic planning, academic governance, curriculum development, and accreditation initiatives. Known for his commitment to excellence and innovation, Prof. Sharma has played a key role in strengthening academic quality and fostering international collaborations across North America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Asia.
A prolific scholar with numerous peer-reviewed publications and international conference presentations, Prof. Sharma is recognized for his contributions to medical education reform, public health, and research development. As a member of the Board of Trustees, he provides strategic guidance in ensuring academic rigor, expanding global partnerships, and advancing technology-driven, interdisciplinary healthcare education to meet evolving global workforce needs.
Mr. Ramesh S. Pamnani is a distinguished entrepreneur, educationist, and philanthropist with over three decades of experience in healthcare development, education, institutional leadership, and youth empowerment in Sierra Leone. As a Founding Member and Trustee of ADREEVA School of Health Professions and Founding Company Secretary of ADREEVA Health & Life Sciences Limited, he provides strategic leadership focused on advancing healthcare education, workforce development, and sustainable institutional growth in Sierra Leone and West Africa.
A graduate in Biochemistry, Zoology, Anatomy, and Physiology, Mr. Pamnani combines professional expertise with a strong commitment to community service and humanitarian causes. His contributions to healthcare, education, entrepreneurship, and support for vulnerable children have earned several prestigious recognitions, including the National Development Award (2024), Humanitarian Award (2023), Women in Excellence Award (2025), and a Certificate of Appreciation from the High Commission of India in Sierra Leone (2026).
Mr. John Fornah is a known businessman and philanthropist with more than three decades of presence in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Mr. John is Sierra Leonee US citizen and brings knowledge in the area of business operation and management. His vision in advancing education among local population and managing planning initiatives has played a key role in strengthening foundation of ADREEVA.
The Academic Board is the principal academic body of ADREVA School of Health Professions responsible for establishing and maintaining the highest standards in teaching and learning and research in the institution. The primary role of the Academic Board is to exercise authority over all matters relating to the quality of courses, teaching, scholarship, and research, and to operate independently of corporate governance. It provides advice and reports to the Board of Trustees through President on all academic matters, including academic aspects of the Strategic Plan and monitoring of the Learning and Teaching Enhancement and the Research Strategy Plan.
